1 pkg large tortillas
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkgs thinly sliced cooked hamRecipe
Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or longer. Combine the cream cheese, mayo, green onion, olives, and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well. Spread in a thin layer over the tortillas. Arrange the ham over the tortillas and roll up the tortillas tightly to enclosed the filling. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and chill for 3 hours or longer. Slice 1/4 inch thick to serve. yield-80 servings.
