List of Ingredients
10 Lasagna noodles, uncooked,
3/4 lb. Hamburger, 3/4 lb. sausage
1 Quart Ragu Spaghetti Sauce,
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. Cottage cheese OR 4 oz. Sour cream
¾ c. shredded mozzarella cheese,
¾ c. cheddar cheese
Recipe
Place 5 noodles in the bottom of a greased cake pan.
Brown the meat and drain off the fat.
Add the sauce to the meat and add a little more minced garlic to it.
Place half of this over the noodles.
Place the rest of the noodles over the meat mixture.
Place the rest of the meat mixture over the noodles.
Pour 2 c. boiling water over the whole works. Lift the bottom noodles a
Bit to make sure the water gets under them.
Seal tightly with tinfoil and bake in 400o oven for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and combine the cheeses (sour cream) and frost the
Top with it. Put back into the oven uncovered and bake for 15 minutes
More. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
