    2 lb. bag of shredded hash browns
    16 0z. sour cream
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1 stick margarine
    salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Thaw hashbrowns for 3 hrs at room temp or overnight in fridge. Mix all ingredients together and place into an ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 375 for 1 hr.
