SHELLS & SPINACH CASSEROLE

3 Cups (8 oz box) Medium shells
3 1/2 Cups (32 oz) Spaghetti sauce
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups (8 oz) shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup chopped spinach (cook & drain)
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Cook shells according to box. Drain and toss with 2 1/2 Cups sauce. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Layer 1/2 shell mixture, and then spread cheese filling over shells. Cover with remaining shells. Top with 1 Cup sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 35 to 40 min at 350’. (Don’t bake if freezing)
