List of Ingredients

Toss together in bowl:
4 apples sliced thin, 5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix in Separate bowl:
3 cups flour, 1 cup oil
2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice
3 teaspoons baking powder, 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs



Recipe

Grease and flour a tube pan. Add layer of cake batter, add apple slices, and final layer of cake batter. Bake at 350’ for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
