DELICIOUS ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES

Recipe Introduction

Decorate with icing,colored sugars etc. or if you want colored dough just mix in food coloring of your choice with the liquid ingredients. This dough will keep well in fridge for several days.

List of Ingredients

1 c.Crisco or Mazola Oil
1 c.margarine
1 c.granulated sugar
1 c.powdered sugar

Cream together the 1st 4 ingredients.Then add:

2 eggs
1 tsp.vanilla

Beat again & add:

4 c.flour
1 tsp.baking soda
1 tsp.cream of tartar
1/4 tsp.salt




Recipe

Mix all ingredients well. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Place on floured suface & roll out.(If dough is not solid enough to cut,you may knead a "small" amount of flour into dough, very lightly.) Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes or till light brown.
