CHICKEN/TURKEY HOT DRESSING DISH

List of Ingredients

4 c. Peppridge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix (crouton type)
1 c. melted margarine
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 tsp. Chicken seasoning
4 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
½ medium onion, chopped and sautéed in a little butter
Dash of pepper





Recipe

Mix the stuffing and the margarine. Press half into a 9x13” glass pan.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the croutons. Top
With the remaining stuffing. Bake 350o for 70 minutes.
May need to cover if it is getting too brown. Let sit a bit before cutting.
