    MUSHROOM GRAVY PORK CHOPS

    vegetable oil
    pork chops
    flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    water



    Recipe

    Put a little vegetable oil in frying pan. Dip the pork chops in flour and brown on both sides. In a sauce pan, heat the mushroom soup and 1 can of water until it is mixed. Pour over the pork chops, cover and simmer 30-45 minutes.
    Serve over rice!
