    List of Ingredients

    Marinade:
    ¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
    3 Tablespoons olive oil
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    1 Tablespoon plus 1 Teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
    2 Teaspoons minced fresh garlic
    ¼ cup grated onion
    2 pounds lamb shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips

    Tzatziki:
    2 cups sour cream
    ½ English cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    Lemon Juice to taste
    Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until serving time.

    Recipe

    Put lamb into non-reactive bowl. Mix together all marinade ingredients and pour over meat. Marinade at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Put meat on skewers and grill on outdoor grill until done
    Serve with Tzatziki (cucumber sauce)
