    BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP

    List of Ingredients

    6 c. water
    2 T. chicken bouillon
    1 (16 oz.) frozen bag chopped broccoli
    2 coursely grated carrots
    1 onion grated (or finely chopped)
    1 cube butter or margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    1 can evaportated milk
    1/2 to 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    salt to taste

    Recipe

    Put first five ingredients in large kettle and simmer until vegetables are soft. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour. Take vegetables off heat and stir flour/butter mixture into soup. Add evaportaed milk, cheese, and salt (to taste).
    *may serve in bread bowls! It freezes well!
