List of Ingredients
2 1/2-3 lb chicken
1 lb beef chuck shoulder
1 lb smoked boneless pork shoulder butt
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 quarts water
1 quart canned tomatoes, undrained
2-3 large onions, coarsley chopped
2 (10oz) pkg frozen baby lima beans
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen corn
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4-1/3 C Worchestershire sauce
1/4 C vinegar
1+ tsp Tabasco sauce to taste
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in large Dutch oven or stock pot. Cover, bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove meat and save broth. Cool meat. Remove chicken skin and bones, coarsely chop meat. Chop and shred beef and pork. Return meat to broth.
Add remaining ingredients to meat and broth. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours, stirring occassionally.
