Clams, little neck
Lemon juice
Tabasco sauce
Green bell pepper, finely minced
Onion, finely minced
Fine dry bread crumbs
Garlic powder, dash
Bacon, 1 piece per clam
Recipe
Open clams and place on broiler pan.
1-2 drops of lemon juice per clam.
1-2 drops of tabasco per clam.
Sprinkle with bell pepper and onion.
Dash garlic powder, followed by bread crumbs.
Top with bacon slice to cover.
Broil until bacon is cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
OR...
Bake at 425� F for about 10 minutes.
