    Hot Crabmeat Puffs

    List of Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup lump crabmeat
    Sea salt
    Paprika

    Recipe

    Whip egg whites until just stiff.
    Fold in mayo, crab, and season to taste.
    Pile on 1 1/2-inch toast beds.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Broil for 3 minutes.

    Canapé toast beds:
    Firm white sandwich bread (crusts removed) cut into desired shape, very lightly brush one side with melted butter, place on cookie sheet and broil just until toasted golden. Cool. Spread untoasted side with desired topping.

    (Yield varies depending on how high you pile the crab mixture ;-)
