    Dip: Artichoke Dip

    Time: approx. 10 Minutes Cook Time: approx. 30 Minutes Ready in: approx. 45 Minutes Makes 5 cups (40 servings)

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (6.5 oz.), drained
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the
    mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.

    Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.

    Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
