    1/2 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 (4-oz.) wedge Brie
    1 beaten egg white

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wrap cheese in puff pastry, pinching edges well to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet; brush with egg white. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

    Makes 10 servings.
