Dip: Bubbly Broccoli Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 tbsps. butter
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (10 oz.)
- 1 tube garlic cheese (6 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
- Combine all ingredients and warm to almost boiling. Remove from heat.
- Serve warm in a chafing dish or fondue pot with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
