    Dip: Bubbly Broccoli Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbsps. butter
    • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 large onion, chopped
    • 1 1/2 stalks celery, diced
    • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (10 oz.)
    • 1 tube garlic cheese (6 oz.)
    • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter.

    2. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.

    3. Combine all ingredients and warm to almost boiling. Remove from heat.

    4. Serve warm in a chafing dish or fondue pot with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
