List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 can (6 oz.) or fresh crabmeat, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green onions (minced)
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsps. cold water
Instructions
- Heat over stove, soup and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add finely chopped crabmeat, mayonnaise, celery and oinions to soup mixture.
- Mix water and gelatin.
- Add to soup mixture until well blended.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
Final Comments
Suggestions: Use food processor to chop/minced crabmeat, celery and green onions.
