    Makes 4 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag Success Rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
    • 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken pieces
    • 2 tsps. vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup each chopped onion, green and red bell peppers
    • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 tbsp. Steero Chicken Flavor instant bouillon
    • 1 tbsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin


    Instructions


    1. In a large non-stick skillet, brown chicken in oil, remove from skillet.
    2. Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp.
    3. Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken.
    4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    5. Serve over rice.
    6. Refrigerate leftovers.
