Cream Cheese Cookies w/Apricot Filling

List of Ingredients




2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup butter (softened)
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
2 cans of apricot filling

Recipe



Cream together butter and cream cheese. Stir in the flour. Roll out mix on a floured surface into a medium square, then cut into 4 pieces. Fill with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of filling. Preheat oven to 350 degrees then bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 18-20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
