Baked Salmon with Black Olive Salsa

PLACE 2 lb. side of fresh salmon (or eight 4 oz. fillets) skin side down on lightly oiled baking sheet with sides.
COMBINE large handful each diced red onion, yellow pepper, pitted black olives and halved cherry tomatoes with 1 cup KRAFT Special Collection Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing. Spread this mixture overtop salmon.
BAKE salmon on middle rack at 400°F for 18-20 min., or until center of salmon turns opaque. Serve with green beans and Lemon Pepper MINUTE Rice.
