Chocolate Royale Cheesecake

MIX 1 1/2 cups crushed OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies and
2 Tbsp. melted butter; press onto bottom of 9 in. springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 min.
BEAT 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in 1 pkg. (8 sq.) melted and cooled BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE at 325°F for 55-60 min., or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hr. or overnight. Garnish with dollops of COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and crushed candy canes, if desired.
To soften cream cheese, place unwrapped packages in microwavable bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 sec.
