    PREPARE enough MINUTE White Rice for 8 people according to package directions. Stir in the grated peel and juice of a lemon and 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper while rice is standing off heat for 5 min.

    STIR once more and serve with Baked Salmon and Black Olive Salsa and green beans.
