- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 6 regular sized bananas
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed sweet milk
- 1 container of Cool Whip
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9x9 glass baking dish with spray oil.
- Slice bananas in 1/4-inch slices.
- Layer vanilla wafers and sliced bananas in glass baking dish (start with layer of vanilla wafers and end with layer of vanilla wafers).
- Combine can of evaporated milk and can of condensed sweet milk in a small cooking pot.
- Turn heat on very low and stir until condensed sweet milk is completely mixed with evaporated milk (keep temperature low because sweet milk burns easily).
- Pour warm milk over layered bananas and wafers in glass dish evenly.
- Bake at 375 degrees until wafers become soft.
- Once cool, spread Cool Whip over the top of the pan (can place sliced banans on top for decorations).
