    Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes

    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp. butter
    2 cups diced ripe peaches
    3 to 4 tbsp. brown sugar (depending on the
    sweetness of the peaches)
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice; sauté for about 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature over chicken or pork, or spoon over ice cream or pound cake slices.

    Makes 2 cups.
