1 large green apple, peeled, cored and cut into 16 wedges
1/4 tsp. McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup Smucker’s Fat Free Caramel Topping
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. chopped Emerald Pecan Pie Glazed PecansRecipe
1. Place the apples in a microwave-safe dish (such as ceramic or glass).
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
3. Carefully drain the liquid, then stir in the pumpkin pie spice and caramel topping.
4. Spoon over scoops of ice cream and sprinkle with pecans.
Makes 4 servings.
