    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    2 egg yolks
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. liqueur (coffee, almond, cherry, raspberry or orange)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F. Heat cream in a small saucepan until small bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until melted. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar and liqueur. Slowly whisk in chocolate mixture. Press through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps and pour into 2 very small ramekins or custard cups. Place in a small baking pan; add warm water to the pan until it reaches halfway up the dishes. Bake for 20 minutes or until chocolate mixture is set in the center. Let cool, then chill for 2 to 24 hours.

    Makes 2 servings.
