    4 large green apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 cup Tree Top Apple Juice
    1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1 1/2 cups granola

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. Place apple slices in pan and pour apple juice over the top. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice; toss with apples until evenly coated. Dot the top with butter and sprinkle granola evenly over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of Breyers vanilla ice cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
