Cookie and Ice Cream Mini Pizzas

1 (18-oz.) package Pillsbury Refrigerated Cookie Dough
1 pint ice cream, yogurt or sorbet

Preheat oven to 350?F. With floured hands, divide dough into 6 equal pieces and press into a 3-inch circle on a well-floured board. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet and press to make a 4-inch circle. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and dough is cooked in center. Let cool on baking sheet. Transfer cookies to paper plates. Place one scoop of slightly softened ice cream on each cookie and spread evenly across top. (Don't press too hard or the cookie will break!) Decorate "pizzas" with chocolate or caramel syrup, mini M&M's, sprinkles or nuts. Place in freezer to chill completely, about 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
