    1 pkg (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix
    1 pkg (3 oz) orange gelatin
    1 teaspoon orange rind
    1/2 teaspoon orange extract
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup salad oil
    Vegetable oil spray
    1/2 cup orange marmalade
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 cup grated coconut
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

    Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine cake mix, gelatin, orange rind, orange extract, eggs, milk, and oil. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds, then at high speed for 2 minutes. Spray bundt pan with vegetable spray. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; invert onto serving plate. Combine marmalade and butter; mix well. Brush over warm cake; sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Makes 12 servings.
