    Prep time: 30 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes

    List of Ingredients




    1 (8-oz.) jar Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry Preserves
    1/2 cup crumbled almond paste (optional)
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (6-oz.) container blueberries*
    1 (6-oz.) container raspberries
    1 (6-oz.) container blackberries
    1 (15-oz.) package refrigerated pie crusts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together preserves, almond paste (if desired) and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Carefully stir in berries and set aside. Divide pie dough into 8 equal portions. Press each into a ball and roll into 8-inch circles on a lightly floured board. Place equal amounts of berry mixture in the center of each and fold in the edges to form small pies, leaving a 1-inch opening in the center. Carefully transfer to a large, parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    Makes 8 servings.

    *Berry container sizes can vary by season. For best results, use these approximate weights.
