    Part 1
    1/2 C Evaporated milk
    1/2 C Water
    1/2 C Sugar
    1/2 C Butter or margarine

    Part 2
    1/2 C Lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    2 pkg Yeast (or 2 Tbsp)
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and sugar. Part 3
    4 C Sifted flour
    6 Egg yolks, slightly beaten

    Part 1
    Scald milk and water. Add sugar and margarine to hot liquid until melted. Let cool.


    Combine all ingredients. Mix very well. Cover and let rise for one hour. Divide dough into 2 parts. On clean counter or table spread margarine liberally to coat. Butter hands also to prevent sticking. Beat your dough by throwing repeatedly on buttered counter top. (about 10 times) Divide into desired size balls and roll into a long rope. Wind rope in circles forming a bun. Place on foiled baking sheet about 4 inches apart. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Top with softened butter or margarine and dip in sugar.
