    2 pkg (1 lb size) frozen grated cassava, thawed
    1 cup sugar
    1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
    5 egg yolks (or 3 whole eggs)

    Recipe



    Preheat electric oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In a bowl, combine cassava, sugar, and coconut milk; pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over baked mixture. Bake for 30 more minutes; cool and cut into serving pieces. Makes 32 servings.
