Philippine Fried Egg Rolls
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Instructions
- Combine pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, egg and soy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a level tablespoon of filling on each egg roll wrapper and seal with a few drops of water.
- Deep fry in hot oil and drain on paper towel.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
