    2 lbs. icelandic cod
    1/2 lbs. 30 count white shrimp, peeled
    10 oz. crawfish or snow crab
    2 cups bread crumbs, plain
    2 tbsps. parsley, chopped
    2 tbsps. green onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, sweet, chopped each
    6 eggs
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. horseradish, white grated

    Recipe



    Cook the cod and shrimp together in boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes just until done. Strain and set aside.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix together completely, refrigerate for 3 hours.

    Scoop and pan the fish cakes on a lightly oiled pan and bake in a 400 degrees oven for 20 minutes, remove from oven and turn cakes over and bake an additional 6 minutes on the second side. You're ready to serve!

    Special Note: These sea cakes could be fried in 1/2 inch of canola oil on medium/high heat until golden brown instead of baking.
