List of Ingredients
8 ounces Seedless Watermelon, Small Diced
3 ounces Red Onion, Small Diced
2 ounces Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
1 ounce Jalapeno, De-seeded and Minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
2 each Juice of Lime
1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
To taste Salt and PepperRecipe
1. Combine all ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Refrigerate until needed.
