1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce, mashed with a fork
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. sweet sherry or port or 2 tsps. red wine vinegarRecipe
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Set aside until ready to glaze ham.
