2 1/2 to 3 lbs. Ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauceRecipe
In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; set aside.
Prepare barbecue grill, setting temperature for medium heat. Place meat on grill.
Brush with sauce. Cook 20-25 minutes or until cooked, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce.
