4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup brandy or orange juice
Recipe
PLACE cranberries in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle evenly with sugar.
BAKE at 300°F for 1 hour. Remove from oven; stir carefully.
ADD brandy; stir until well blended. Pour into jars or serving dishes. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
