Recipe Introduction
Maine Lobster is a wildly popular species found primarily in the Northern waters off the Eastern Coast of the United States. At one time they were so plentiful that they were used to fertilize crops and were routinely fed to the slaves and field workers to the point that they would beg not to have to eat any more lobsters. It takes approximately seven years for a lobster to mature to the size of one pound so enjoy this treat whenever you can.
