List of Ingredients
24 chicken wings
1 c flour
1/2c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 quarts vegetable oil for deep frying
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 c hot pepper sauce(I USE texas Pete wing sauce
1 egg beaten w a bit of water

mix flour ,bread crumbs and seasonings
dip wings in egg , and dredge in seasoned flour
In a large skillet or deep fryer, deep fry chicken wings in oil until done, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken and oil from skillet/fryer, drain oil and reserve chicken.
2 Melt butter/margarine in skillet, and hot sauce. Stir all together. Add cooked chicken to sauce and stir over low heat to coat. The longer the wings simmer in the sauce, the hotter they will be.(you can omit the breading portion if you like them NEKKID!! if I make them nekkid I coat in sauce after frying... then put in oven on 375 for about 15-20 minutes to "bake" on the sauce
