    8 oz black beans
    8 oz white shoepeg corn
    8 oz rotel tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 small white onion, diced small
    2 tomatoes, diced and seeded
    1/2 - 3/4 cup spicey italian dressing [zesty]

    Recipe



    Mix together and serve with lime tortilla chips.

    I can't get Rotel tomatoes here so I just add a couple small cans of mild green chilis. I usually don't add any canned tomatoes and just more of the real tomatoes.
