Jalapeno, Cheese, Sour Cream Bread
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3-1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Upon second kneading add:
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno pepper
