150grams butter cubed and chilled
300grams (2 cups) plain flour shifted
110grams (1/2 cup) caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg lightly whisked
100grams white chocolate, melted.
Sprinkles, and lollies to decorate.
Recipe
Preheat over to 180 degrees Celsius. Rub butter into flour until it
resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar, vanilla and egg. Press
mixture together to form a dough. Roll dough out to 5mm thickness and cut
out bunny shapes. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in preheated oven
for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Spread
with the melted chocolate and decorate.
