Virginia's Banana Nut Bread
List of Ingredients
2 Cups margarine
2 Cups sugar
4 Eggs
6 Ripe bananas, mashed
4 Cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 Tsp. baking soda
1 Cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix until just blended. Bake in greased loaf pans at 300 degrees F. for approximately 1 hour. Great toasted at breakfast!
