    Philadelphia Salmon Wraps

These fresh, creamy wraps are ideal for work and play. They are
equally delicious eaten whole for lunch, or sliced into rounds
to serve with drinks. With 60 per cent less fat than butter, or
margarine, you can indulge every day.

    4 sheets flat bread
    250g Spreadable cream cheese
    100g smoke salmon sliced
    baby spinach leaves
    snow pea sprouts
    4 spring onion stems

Spread cream cheese generously over one half of each piece of bread.
Top with smoked salmon, spinach leaves and sprouts
Roll up and secure with spring onions, or serve cut into thick slices.
Change the fillings to suit your budget and tastes. Try rare
roast beef, horseradish and grated beetroot, or mix pesto
through the cream cheese and top with chargrilled vegetables.
