DUKE'S IRISH BREAD

List of Ingredients

4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, raisins and caraway seed. Beat together eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients. Add butter.
Grease 1 round pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour plus.
