    Stevens Swedish Meatballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
    • 1 Packet Brown Gravy Mix
    • 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    • 1 Egg
    • ½ Cup Ketchup or Catsup
    • 2 – 3 cans Beef Broth or Beef Consume (Depending on how much sauce you want)
    • 2 – 3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (Depending on how much sauce you want)


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

    2. Mix together meat, gravy mix, bread crumbs, egg, and ketchup. Roll into balls. Heat beef broth to a boil and boil meatballs a few at a time until browned. Transfer meat balls into a large glass baking dish. Once all the meatballs are in the baking dish, whisk together the broth and cream of mushroom soup. Pour mixture over meatballs and cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

    3. Add meatballs to cooked egg noodles if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
