    Aunt Pams Cheesy Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package frozen hash browns (chunk style, not shredded)
    • 1 can cream of celery soup (can also use cream of mushroom)
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    • 1/2 soup can milk
    • 1 small can french fried onions (Durkee's is a good brand)
    • 4 tablespoons melted butter
    • salt
    • pepper
    • parsley flakes to taste
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine potatoes, soups, milk, 1/2 can french fried onions, butter and seasonings in a large mixing bowl.

    2. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan that has been sprayed with PAM.

    3. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

    4. Remove cover; top with the shredded cheese and remaining onions. Put back in oven (uncovered) and bake for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
