Aunt Pams Cheesy Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash browns (chunk style, not shredded)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (can also use cream of mushroom)
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 small can french fried onions (Durkee's is a good brand)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- salt
- pepper
- parsley flakes to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, soups, milk, 1/2 can french fried onions, butter and seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Remove cover; top with the shredded cheese and remaining onions. Put back in oven (uncovered) and bake for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
