Baked Chicken and Cheese Risotto

Recipe Introduction
Now you too can make the coveted risotto. I shared my secrets with you, now it's your turn to teach me what "foo-lay" is. *wink*
List of Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbells condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- 6 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, uncooked, and cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked Arborio rice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a greased 9X13 baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 425 for 45 minutes. Stir.
- Bake for about another 30 minutes uncovered until rice is cooked through and the liquid mostly absorbed.
Final Comments
This makes a ton. Prepare to be eating on this for DAYS.
