Broccoli – Fish Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- ½ C. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 t. curry powder
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 – 2 lbs. Sole, Flounder, or Turbo (any mild white fish)
Instructions
- Put broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 glass dish. Place fish on top. Mix remaining ingreds. Pour over fish.
- Bake at 350 F. 25 – 30 minutes.
